You will need to create a new database. Consult your user manual.

Browse to http://${VHOST_HOSTNAME}/${VHOST_APPDIR}/installation/setup.php

When you are done, delete installation/setup.php, and login at 
http://${VHOST_HOSTNAME}/${VHOST_APPDIR}/index.php

Edit includes/settings.php to fine-tune the installation.
