Use python-single-r1 instead of python_replicate_script and let
upstream --with-python do its work (don't patch it out anymore in
gdbus-codegen patch). We pass --with-python to end up with proper
/usr/bin/env based shebangs (otherwise it is based on $PYTHON,
which includes absolute path, unlike EPYTHON)

commit faacf4dd4e added a file with the comment of adding back what
was removed by mistake. But this has never been in the main tree and
must have been a mixup between looking at ::gentoo instead of ::gnome,
where it's still there (and only needed there right now).

The tests were using one of the invented BRT timezones that was removed
in favor of just using the offset in timezone-data, the glib upstream patch
makes it use a real PST timezone for these tests instead.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
