Also pass --without-default-features to configure. As a result
-Dauto_features=disabled will be passed to meson.

Too volatile, hopefully should be the last see of these.
Also drop virtualx at same time, not that it was needed (anymore)
even for renderer tests given upstream fixed usage with headless.

The binary is no longer installed under /usr/bin rather
/usr/libexec. Reflect this change in QA_FLAGS_IGNORED variable.

Note that this skips all 4 failing tests, it's matching on substring.

In one of my recent commits I've introduced JSON descriptor file
that libvirt uses when learning about helper binaries
(40-qemu-virtiofsd.json). What I did not realize is that the file
tells libvirt to execute /usr/libexec/virtiofsd while our ebuilds
install the binary under /usr/bin/.
I haven't found a way to tell cargo_src_install where to install
the binary so we have to move it 'manually'.

This is probably a stable candidate for 8.0 series, fixes
a fair amount of regressions.

Also migrate use debug -> use strip, will likely cleanup in the
remaining ebuilds after this is stable (again to avoid unnecessary
rebuilds).
Note the fix to ensure -fno-strict-aliasing is passed has not been
backported, so keeping the append-cflags.

In 45065ac9faa6 the libvirt-9.5.0-fix-paths-for-apparmor.patch
was renamed to libvirt-9.4.0-... but the live ebuild still refers
to the 9.5.0. Ideally, the live ebuild would be just made to
apply the renamed patch, but there was some more movement in the
upstream since and thus the patch doesn't apply cleanly anyways.
Therefore, rebase it and name it libvirt-9.6.0-... since the
upstream development was made after 9.5.0 release.

The swtpm dependency was added earlier (in 4fa9735e3f44) but only
for app-emulation/libvirt-9.4.0. The live ebuild was missed.

wrt vosk aven't looked at it, but could consider to if there's
interest. Believe this is rather niche (for voice recognition
in Wine it sounds like) and won't go out of my way unless
I know someone wants it.
