* Fixes folder expansion problem on startup: subfolders
were not expanded at all. (reported by Indigo 23)
* Fixes the broken cache disabled archive mode. Feeds without

* Fixes an effect where items selected from a search folder
are rendered in summary instead of detailed mode.
