(#183721) Fix resizing with RandR. (#179545) Use correct screen resolutions when there's multiple screens. (#191709) Require older libXrender too. (#192312) Export ramdac symbols, so e.g. xf86-video-s3 compiles. (#193207) Fix Xephyr segfault on amd64. (#194026) Set XKB output directory so this works with xkeyboard-config 1.1.
