Three tests are failing, but they fail on amd64 too. At least the build
doesn't fail? Why doesn't it fail? These are unrelated problems.

The ./configure script for this package needs sys-apps/which to detect
(f)lex. Obviously it would be better if it used "command -v", but to
avoid autoreconf'ing, this fixes the problem for now.

All of these will be using app-alternatives/lex anyway as they're not unsetting
YACC or LEX, so make the dep reflect reality.
(Included both YACC and LEX out of conservatism.)

This extra-fast stabilization is to address a hang in the test suite
when the PAGER environment variable is set. The two associated patches
have been merged upstream.

This version comes with a few fixes/improvements:
* An update to EAPI=7.
* A patch to fix the build against separate libtinfo (bug #689982).
Upstream will include a similar fix in subsequent versions.
* An unconditional build/runtime dependency on ncurses/libtinfo
which are detected and used automagically by the build system.

As the maintainer, I've tested this on my own x86 server. To relieve
some of the burden on the arch teams, I've gone ahead and stabilized
it myself.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
