Updates to java-pkg.eclass. Should cope with misconfigured JAVA_HOME better, by reading VMHANDLE from the env, and setting GENTOO_VM to it, so java-config-2 can figure out JAVA_HOME. Also, added some checks to avoid initializing when java is a use flag, and not enabled.
