* dev-libs/libmaa: Fix the build with rlibtoolorbea2022-06-181-0/+55
| | | | | | | | | | | The configure.in lacks LT_INIT which generates libtool and allows the build to work with rlibtool which depends on this file to determine if it should build shared or static libraries. | | | | | | | Remove the uses of <pkg/> that referenced the package using unqualified name. The elements could be fixed to use qualified names -- however, by definition they are intended to be used for cross-linking, and there is no point in linking the package to itself.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
